"When we feel panic or tightness in our body or our life.....Breathe into the feelings deeply.
If we feel control is taking over......Breathe into our body.
As the drama becomes overwhelming.....Breathe into the fear that is suppressed.
Breathe into our greatest fear about the circumstance and allow ourself the time to experience it fully.
Release as the tears flow through our heart....be with it and acknowledge its presence.
Stay in the space beyond the tears.....here inside where we just don't know.
Sit in the center of our heart and feel the energy move through.
Embrace each moment with faith.
Feel connected to the light of peace....be patient.
The answers will come....and the opportunity will arrive."
