"When feeling the least bit stuck, weighed down by life, overwhelmed, cranky, unsure or exhausted.....take the time to know that you are not in the flow and the energy is blocked.
It just takes a moment to remember, acknowledge and feel. By giving ourself that moment of attention we are conscious of what is going on. Breathe deeply and connect to the inner experience and be with it....just for the moment.


Feel the emotions connected to your thoughts....journey with them as you feel the anxiety in your tummy, anxiousness in your chest or tightness in your throat. BE with the relationship with your heart.....just for this moment. Awareness creates an opportunity to be sensitive to any negativity and allow it to release out of your body. In this moment you are present....feel the energy rising up in you as you connect with the flow of clarity. Now, feel yourself lighter."
