"We all have free will and opportunities each day to make a choice for our soul's happiness. When the projects become overwhelming, and the pressure of not enough time spins you around or if you feel lonely and depressed because you can't find happiness or joy in your life, breathe into this very moment and be fully here right now.

Say to yourself "I am here and this is what I am feeling" . Breathe and feel until you can make the choice to release any fear or self -doubt that is asking for your attention. Give to yourself during these moments of time. Change your mind and make one healthy choice for yourself each day.

Take a walk, write a poem, make yourself a healthy salad, have a bath and linger for a while, put some music on and dance with your spirit, close the door in your office and take your shoes off and give your self a foot massage .....nourish yourself each day. Support yourself as you check in with your feelings and breathe. Open your heart and know that you are worthy. In this place you will create more time and space for love and peace."
