"Sometimes it looks like we have lost a debate, a position or a disagreement. When we put our heart, our thoughts, our views, our wisdom, our expertise and our credibility on the table of discussion we are moving the energy. The most important aspect of relationship and community is having a voice. When one or more people gather in a mindful connection with the heart, a new world is created from this truth. We may not physically see it, but a shift has been made energetically and awareness strengthens. Release any self-doubt that fear may encourage. Let go of any negative feelings. You have won the battle in your heart when you stand up with committment and peace. Have faith that you have made a difference! Silence is acceptance, you couldn't be silent any longer. Healthy communication is the key to unlock any prison of the mind, body or spirit.

"We all have free will and opportunities each day to make a choice for our soul's happiness. When the projects become overwhelming, and the pressure of not enough time spins you around or if you feel lonely and depressed because you can't find happiness or joy in your life, breathe into this very moment and be fully here right now.

Say to yourself "I am here and this is what I am feeling" . Breathe and feel until you can make the choice to release any fear or self -doubt that is asking for your attention. Give to yourself during these moments of time. Change your mind and make one healthy choice for yourself each day.

Take a walk, write a poem, make yourself a healthy salad, have a bath and linger for a while, put some music on and dance with your spirit, close the door in your office and take your shoes off and give your self a foot massage .....nourish yourself each day. Support yourself as you check in with your feelings and breathe. Open your heart and know that you are worthy. In this place you will create more time and space for love and peace."

"Our feelings are not negativity they are truth. We may react to them in a negative way because the feeling takes us to our past. Taking the time to move into our breath will allow the feelings to be embraced. It only takes a moment ....it may feel uncomfortable.....and it feels like fear, or sadness, disappointment, resentment, self-doubt, or hurt...IN THE PIT OF YOUR STOMACH.....BREATHE INTO THIS PLACE OF ANXIETY....BE WITH IT FULLY.....BE CONSCIOUS OF WHAT YOU FEEL....THIS IS THE TRUTH RIGHT NOW.

In this moment you are out of your mind and inside your emotional body. Breathe with it and allow the feelings to dissolve as you say out loud " I am here, I am going to take care of you, I love you." Feel your heart open and receive your truth. Be still and allow your soul to create your desires. Allow true love and peace to manifest.
Send your true message out loud and clear...Love,Peace, Passion, Abundance is living here in me. I am grateful."

"When we feel panic or tightness in our body or our life.....Breathe into the feelings deeply.
If we feel control is taking over......Breathe into our body.
As the drama becomes overwhelming.....Breathe into the fear that is suppressed.
Breathe into our greatest fear about the circumstance and allow ourself the time to experience it fully.
Release as the tears flow through our heart....be with it and acknowledge its presence.
Stay in the space beyond the tears.....here inside where we just don't know.
Sit in the center of our heart and feel the energy move through.
Embrace each moment with faith.
Feel connected to the light of peace....be patient.
The answers will come....and the opportunity will arrive."
