"When a loved one is living in their tortured mind....
connect with your own feelings and show up for your self first.
Breathe into any fear or self-doubt that wants to torture you.
Let go of control.....look in the mirror of your life....stop blaming others.
Take responsibility for your emotional struggle....
Be with your own connection with your heart and breathe fully.
Allow the energy to support you.
Be patient as you hold your self first.
The solution will come on the wings of peace.
Be with your loved one here...the peaceful moment of connection.

My Mother has Alzheimer's and the darkness of the night takes
her to a dark, confused and fearful place.
Our family reminds her of the love she has always been.
We are here, inside our own heart with her."
