Close your eyes....Connect with feelings triggered in us each day that may be unattractive and uncomfortable such as... anxieties, fear, agitations, irritations, shutting down, bitching, unhappiness, overwhelmed, critical, needy, disrespectful, angry, resentment, self-doubt, hurt, disappointment, hopelessness, desperation, deprivation, loneliness, controlling, aggressive, guilt, shame......Breathe.

Breathe fully into the discomfort.............See these negative aspects in us and breathe until they dissolve....Let Go......until you are empty.

Continue to breathe fully and say out loud..."I am here". Breathe in and receive the gentleness of peace, unconditional love, and become conscious and aware of the presence of faith, patience, joy, abundance, worthiness, worth, inspiration, calmness, truth, creativity, mindfulness, thoughtfulness, enthusiasm, acceptance, respect, your open heart, health
wellness and inner beauty..........Breathe into who you truly are.....feel your self open.

Find your way each day to Inner Peace and commit to having the courage to change your life. Come alive and rebuild your radiant self and vitality. Become flexible to love and laugh more. Know your worth and see the road signs that direct you inside. It is our responsibility and our life purpose to live heaven on earth...become emotionally fit.
