The love is waiting to be connected....breathe and say to your self "I am here ". Feel your heart open to the love and peace that is yours! Try not to make choices from fear. If your anxiety rises again throughout the day.....breathe into the uncomfortable emotions and say to your self "I am here". Take the time to check inside and become conscious of every precious moment. This exercise keeps you present, connected and centered. Each day brings to you opportunities to manifest from peace, love, passion, purpose and faith.
